SALE CONDITIONS
 

1º By accessing our portal, the Client undertakes to respect the terms and conditions as well as the rules of use contained therein.

2º For legal reasons HuellaCanina.com does not allow the sale to minors (18 years).

3º All the prices specified are with the I.V.A. included.

4º To place an order you have to send the order form, or an email to the address info@huellacanina.com indicating the references and quantities of the products that we will include in the order.

5th HuellaCanina.com will send you automatically, by sending an email, the confirmation of the order and the notification of the total amount to be paid.

6º- All those orders for the Peninsula that exceed € 39 (for the Balearic Islands must exceed € 49), will be with the modality of postage paid. (HuellaCanina.com does not provide services in the Community of Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla)

7º- Shipping costs that do not exceed € 39 will be borne by the buyer. These costs will be € 4.95 (VAT included) for Peninsula and € 5.95 (VAT included) for the Balearic Islands. HuellaCanina.com does not provide services in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

8º- All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear.

9º- Any anomaly that the client observes when receiving the order, has the obligation to make it appear in the delivery note of the transport company.

10º- The orders whose form of payment is "Transfer / Income Bank" and "Cash in Store" will remain for 7 days in our database. After this time without having been paid the amount, will be eliminated and will be without effect, the client can make a new order if it deems appropriate.

TERMS OF USE

- HuellaCanina.com and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón de la Plana (Spain) for any issues that may arise or actions arising from the provision of the service of the website HuellaCanina.com and its services and contents, and on interpretation, application, compliance or breach of the established here.

- The user acknowledges that all images, designs, drawings, contents, logos, brands and any other product that may be protected under the applicable legislation on Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks to which he has access for the use of the page, are owned by HuellaCanina.com or third party holders thereof. The user agrees to use the page respecting such rights.

- HuellaCanina.com is not responsible for the use of incorrect or false data by our customers, including errors that our customers may have made at the time of registration and those arising from the non-updating of data by the client.

- HuellaCanina.com issues a sales ticket. Customers wishing to invoice must expressly request it by email to info@huellacanina.com
