Shipping & Returns
The shipments can be done in two ways (can also be collected in store):
1) Home delivery customer (the customer can choose between the transport company Correos Express or SEUR).
2) By means of "Delivery in point of Collection" (Orders collects the customer in a place close to home with a large opening hours).
3) Picked up at the store.
The delivery time of 24/48h starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouses and we will notify by email.
Due to the availability of the product, and only in some orders, the incident department will contact you, via phone or email to give you a solution.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, if you have a schedule preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate it to us in the order and the transport company will try to fulfill it to the best of its ability.
1) Delivery to the customer's address:
HuellaCanina.com deliver your order by courier agency (SEUR or Correos Express) in service 24/48 working hours (for the Balearic Islands it will be 48/72h and Canary Islands 72/96h), for orders always arrive at your destination quickly and in perfect condition. The customer can choose the carrier they want during the checkout process.
Orders will always be sent to an address. Transport companies do not ship to PO boxes.
The transport company will tell you the approximate time of delivery by email to the email address provided by the customer.
All orders for Spain and Portugal over €44, will be with the modality of postage paid (except Balearic Islands that will be applied for orders over €54 and Canary Islands €120). HuellaCanina.com does not provide services in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
2) Pickup Delivery:
HuellaCanina.com carries out its shipments through an urgent transport agency (Post Offices or SEUR Pickup), in service 24/48 working hours.
The client will choose a pick-up point from the list that will appear on the map, according to his zip code indicating if he prefers to pick up his order at a post office or at a Seur Pickup point.

3) Store Pickup:
You will be notified via email when the order is ready and you will be able to pay in cash.
To obtain the prices of the Web and collect the order in our physical store in Castellón, it is necessary and obligatory to show the printed order made by the Web.
The prices of the products that appear on the website are VAT included and valid except for errors.
Cash on delivery orders will be paid a fixed cost to the customer of 3.50€. This payment methodis not available in shipments outsideof Spain and Portugal.
The payment by PayPal will have a fixed cost of 1.50€.
All other forms of payment payment by credit card, Bank transfer / Cash / Check, are free of charge for the customer.
This electronic contract is concluded under the Spanish legislation and in particular under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE)

The product is defective, broken, or has been damaged during the transport:
You can return the product and all accessories, assuming HuellaCanina shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and return the same.
Before making a return, please send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason for return, your personal data, telephone and invoice number. You can return the product received if it finds that does not meet their needs. The exercise of this right of withdrawal will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 natural days from receipt.
The customer has not received the order and wish to cancel or modify the order:
The delivery may be delayed for several reasons. If I were exhausted any of the products you order, we will inform you as soon as possible the delay and would offer a similar product. If you want you can expect to have available material or cancel the order. For reasons that delayed our transport service, we will process the complaint to get in touch with you and agree on delivery.
