SHIPPING

The shipments can be done in two ways (can also be collected in store):

1) Home delivery customer (the customer can choose between the transport company Correos Express or SEUR).

2) By means of "Delivery in point of Collection" (Orders collects the customer in a place close to home with a large opening hours).

3) Picked up at the store.

The delivery time of 24/48h starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouses and we will notify by email.

Due to the availability of the product, and only in some orders, the incident department will contact you, via phone or email to give you a solution.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, if you have a schedule preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate it to us in the order and the transport company will try to fulfill it to the best of its ability.

1) Delivery to the customer's address:

HuellaCanina.com deliver your order by courier agency (SEUR or Correos Express) in service 24/48 working hours (for the Balearic Islands it will be 48/72h), for orders always arrive at your destination quickly and in perfect condition. The customer can choose the carrier they want during the checkout process.

Orders will always be sent to an address. Transport companies do not ship to PO boxes.

The courier company delivery usually during business hours, so if you have a preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate this in the comments during the checkout process and SEUR and CorreosExpress will try to fulfill it to the best of its ability to route and schedule.

The transport company will tell you the approximate time of delivery by email to the email address provided by the customer.

All orders for Spain and Portugal over €49, will be with the modality of postage paid (except Balearic Islands that will be applied for orders over €69). HuellaCanina.com does not provide services in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Orders that do not exceed €49 will be borne by the buyer. These charges will be €4.09 + VAT (€4.95) for all of Spain (except for the Balearic Islands, which will cost €7.50 and for Ceuta and Melilla, where HuellaCanina.com does not provide their services).

2) Pickup Delivery:

HuellaCanina.com carries out its shipments through an urgent transport agency (Post Offices or SEUR Pickup), in service 24/48 working hours.

The client will choose a pick-up point from the list that will appear on the map, according to his zip code indicating if he prefers to pick up his order at a post office or at a Seur Pickup point.

- Post Office:
The maximum weight to use this form of shipment is 20kg in weight.
This form of delivery has a delivery time of 24/48 working hours.
The minimum order for free shipping in this form of delivery is € 49. The lower orders will have transport costs of € 4.09 + VAT (€ 4.95)

- Seur Pickup:
The maximum weight to use this form of shipment is 20kg in weight and only one package per order.
This form of delivery has a delivery time of 24/48 working hours.
The minimum order for free shipping in this form of delivery is € 49. The lower orders will have transport costs of € 4.09 + VAT (€ 4.95)
These delivery points are establishments that have a wide commercial schedule (some of them are open even on Sundays).

3) Store Pickup:

The payment by PayPal will have a fixed cost of 3,00€.

All other forms of payment payment by credit card, Bank transfer / Cash / Check, are free of charge for the customer.

Paying with PayPal, Cash on delivery and Payment by Transfer is only supported on orders over € 49.

HuellaCanina.com not be held responsible for the use of inaccurate or misleading information by our clients, including customer errors that have been committed at the time of register and derivatives not update data from the client.

RETURNS

This electronic contract is concluded under the Spanish legislation and in particular under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE)

Possible cases of returns. Circumstances that may cause a return are the following:

The product is defective, broken, or has been damaged during the transport:

You can return the product and all accessories, assuming HuellaCanina shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and return the same.
HuellaCanina proceed to the return of the product at no cost to you.
Shipments by agency lead breakage and loss insurance included, and any failure or breakage will be stated in the delivery note and it is imperative that we communicate by mail to info@huellacanina.com at the earliest possible date of receipt of the merchandise for us to process this incidence and proceed to resend the product.

Returns:

Before making a return, please send an email to the following address: info@huellacanina.com detailing the reason for return, your personal data, telephone and invoice number. You can return the product received if it finds that does not meet their needs. The exercise of this right of withdrawal will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 natural days from receipt.
In the event that HuellaCanina sends the order correctly, the customer will assume all transport costs generated by the order.
The refund of the purchase will be made once it has been checked the condition of the goods and the same means of payment used for payment of the order.

The customer has not received the order and wish to cancel or modify the order:

The delivery may be delayed for several reasons. If I were exhausted any of the products you order, we will inform you as soon as possible the delay and would offer a similar product. If you want you can expect to have available material or cancel the order. For reasons that delayed our transport service, we will process the complaint to get in touch with you and agree on delivery.
If your order has not begun to be processed, you only need to inform us of your modification or cancellation by email and will have no cost to you.
Before opening any products, please verify that all matching products you ordered (model, color, size, finish, etc ...), making an immediate payment, in case there is an abnormality. In case of failure in any product, please do not remove it from its original packaging.

Guarantees
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders are considered firm once our software sends an email confirming the acceptance.

Orders may be canceled immediately after it was made, and before it is sent.
