The bag of 3kg food has been made with 9.3 kg of fresh fish from the fish markets of the nearby coast. One kg of food is therefore manufactured using 3.1 kg of fresh fish.
The bag of 12kg food has been made with 37.2 kg of fresh fish from the fish markets of the nearby coast. One kg of food is therefore manufactured using 3.1 kg of fresh fish.

Tenderize Technology
Tenderize Technology is a process that´s easily resume in 3 steps:
1. Maceration of the fresh raw ingredients (fresh meats and fish) in its own juice
2. Pre-digestion of the product.
3. Cold dehydration.

A final product that ensures the quality due the control in each step of production. It is a process without chemical treatments; we only use physical treatments of advanced technology to guarantee total safety of any factor that may cause damage to food
COMPOSITION
Fresh fish (Sardina pilchardus 20%, Merluccius capensis 20%, Scomber scombrus 15%, Trachurus mediterraneus 15%, Salmo salar 10%, Sparus aurata 10%, Dicentrarchus labrax 10%), hydrolyzed starch, the edible part of: peas, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes, turmeric, ginger, apple, kiwi, pear, blueberries, spinach, herbs and aromatic seeds (rosemary, thyme, oregano, cumin, fennel, caraway), brewer's yeast, mineral and vitamin complex, taurine, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate.

This product has a shelf life of 18 months. During production of itself, a series of processes and physical factors are applied and controlled which prevent enzyme activity and the growth in the product from molds, bacteria and yeasts along its commercial life. After that and to safeguard the quality systems mentioned above, the product is packed by last technology systems, in which, after prior removal of oxygen this is replaced by inert gases, where in addition to reinforce their commercial life, keeps organoleptic quality. The final thermosealed with special plastic that undergoes ensures total safety in the snack.
