Kittens grow very fast. During the first year of their life they do so exponentially, increasing their body mass to more than twenty times their birth weight. Arion Original Kitten 35/21 has been specially designed to meet the nutritional needs of the kittens in this phase of growth so fast and nutritionally demanding.

In the first weeks of its life, the intestine of the kittens is not yet fully developed and therefore its digestive apparatus is not able to digest large amounts of starch. To ensure proper digestive tolerance, Arion Original Kitten 35/21 is formulated with high quality animal protein sources, reduced levels of starches and nourishment with different prebiotics and carefully selected fiber sources.

The immune system is still developing in the early stages of growth, it is well known that after weaning, kittens enter a critical period of their life in terms of protection against juvenile diseases. This phase is known as the immunity gap, since the young cat already begins to lose the maternal antibodies acquired when ingesting the colostrum in its first days of lactation and its immune system does not yet generate its own antibodies. Arion Original Kitten 35/21 is enriched with a combination of different natural antioxidants that stimulate the early development of the kitten's immune system. An adequate supply of minerals and vitamins also contributes to the development of a solid immune system and helps to shape the teeth and bones.
