Shampoo adjuvant treatment of pyoderma and Malassezia.
M-Derm Shampoo contains chlorhexidine antiseptic bactericidal and fungicidal. Its antiseptic action is due to cause disruption of the microbial cell membrane altering permeability. Also it contains boric acid, which synergize with antiseptic properties of chlorhexidine, being especially effective against Malassezia. The combination of the two substances can encompass a broad spectrum of micoorganismos, thereby increasing its effectiveness.
Sodium thiosulfate is ideal for prophylaxis of ringworm and as topical antifungal agent because of its slow release of sulfur. It also has keratolytic activity.
The Tea Tree has a great power of penetration of the skin and has a healing effect antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and fungicide. Also it exerts antioxidant activity and has a broad spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi affecting the skin and mucosa.
