Description
Psittacus Calcium Grit is a complementary feed for birds in the psittacidae family. It is indicated to facilitate the correction of the deficiencies in calcium proper of the seed mixtures and of the increase of the demand of calcium that takes place during the laying. Birds are perfectly capable of regulating the intake of calcium-rich foods according to their needs; Therefore the product is presented in thick format that prevents excessive involuntary ingestion of this mineral.
The calcium grit can be made available in a separate container or mixed together with the rest of the diet ingredients. The availability of calcium grit makes possible the voluntary ingestion of the quantity of calcium that psittacida birds require at any moment.
