SPECIFIC™ Digestive Support Low-Fat is a complete dietary food for dogs with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions associated with diarrhoea, vomiting and/or flatulence, especially if they improve on a low-fat diet.

Highly digestible ingredients that compensate for lower intestinal enzymatic activity and ensure optimal nutrient absorption. This makes this diet ideal for patients with gastrointestinal processes such as acute and chronic diarrhea, vomiting and/or flatulence. The use of hydrolyzed salmon protein and tapioca, ingredients with low allergenicity, makes the diet suitable for gastrointestinal disorders caused by possible adverse reactions to food and for feeding during periods when the intestinal barrier is damaged.

High-quality omega-3 fatty acids provide precursors for the production of mediators that
they favor the natural anti-inflammatory process and reinforce the immune system. They contain yeast β-1,3/1,6-glucans, which can bind to macrophage receptors, alerting the immune system and supporting its response.

Fermentable fibers (beet pulp and FOS) that promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon for a healthy gastrointestinal tract. In addition, the diet contains mannanoligosaccharides (MOS). MOS can bind to pathogenic bacteria and thus prevent their attachment to the intestinal wall, in addition to supporting local intestinal immunity.

Contains AuraGuard (a natural plant-based antimicrobial complex) and nucleotides that maintain a healthy gut microbiome and immune response and a functional barrier in the gut.
