DISUGUAL RENAL is a dog food that supports kidney function and is formulated with a single animal protein.

The meats it contains are made up of amino acids of high biological value, so they are digestible and assimilable to a greater extent than other types of meats. In addition, the reduced protein content supports the use of amino acids, which reduces the production of nitrogenous waste substances, including urea.

It has been formulated with ingredients specially chosen for their low phosphorus content, in order to avoid kidney overload. In addition, for the management of phosphataemia, calcium carbonate has been included, an agent capable of sequestering the phosphorus introduced with the diet and making it less available to the body.

It is enriched with salmon oil, which, in addition to providing adequate energy intake to the diet of nephropathic dogs (which many times, in addition to being inappetent due to high azotemia, also have cases of cachexia / excessive weight loss), contains valuable fats long-chain acids (including EPA and DHA) necessary for better kidney function.
