Enterococcus faecium
Probiotic strain that colonizes the digestive tract and stabilizes the existing intestinal flora. It secretes lactic acid, which lowers the intestinal pH and favors the growth of beneficial bacteria. Protects against pathogens through physical competition and stimulation of the activity of the immune system. Likewise, the microbiota helps digest nutrients for optimal absorption.
Chicory extract (Cichorium intybus)
Excellent prebiotic, natural source of inulin and fructooligosaccharides that feeds E. faecium, as well as the beneficial microbiota of the pet. With its high content of trace elements (Ca, Fe, Mg, P, Na, Zn) and vitamins, it contributes to the recovery of electrolytes lost in diarrhoea. It has shown mucosal cytoprotective effects in dogs with ulcers.
Beer yeast
