Generalmente la obesidad en perros aparece por falta de ejercicio y por una sobrealimentación (todos sabemos lo persistentes que son para que les demos comida o el exceso de premios), para corregirla deberías alimentarle con dietas especiales bajas en calorías (pregunta a tu veterinario) y aumentar la cantidad de ejercicio diario.
