Vetplus Vetsalve
Topical balm containing Norway spruce resin to help manage wounds in dogs and cats.
Action: Topical support for wound management in dogs and cats.
Presentation: Light brown balm, in a 20 ml tube.
Composition: Petrolatum, liquid paraffin, Norway spruce (Picea abies) resin, denatured alcohol, microcrystalline wax, sorbitan oleate, alba wax,
hydrogenated castor oil, stearic acid.
Instructions for use:
VETSALVE® must be applied following these steps:
1 - Shave the hair and clean the wound.
2 - Apply sparingly (1-2 mm) directly on the wound. If necessary, the area can be covered with a breathable dressing.
3 - In deep wounds, apply directly on the wound bed.
4 - Apply once or twice a day. The amount of exudate is usually greatest early in healing and decreases with time.
When the amount of exudate has reduced, apply every other day.
Warnings: Not suitable for people with an allergy to rosin. Keep out of the reach of children. For external use only.
Conservation: 15-25 ºC, store in a place sheltered from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening.
